Mission Statement

Marquis Group is a diversified commercial real estate investment and management company based in Dallas, TX. The company was established in Austin in 1992 by a University of Texas Alum. Among other investments, the company owns and operates numerous multifamily communities, with a focus on student housing communities in Austin, Texas.

Community Manager

Marla has over 30 years of property management experience, with a career that was built from the ground up. Marla has been in the UT Campus area with Marquis since 1999. She recognizes the housing needs of UT student and strives to always exceed their expectation. Marla loves being in Austin with all of the festivals and outdoor activities all year round. Her favorite pastimes are hiking, fishing and going to the beach.
